MAA Appointed

After much deliberation, I have decided to appoint a Master-at-Arms to assist in the daily runnings of the Brotherhood. The MAA will be completing all the duties normally assigned to that position (but unlike in some past situations, will not basically be running the DB); however, he will be assisting with directing the Consuls in terms of activity and the like.

The MAA has the authority to assign BTLs as requested by the CON, while QUA appointments will require GM-approval.

The Master-at-Arms will also maintain the duties of Chancellor - overseeing medals awarded in the Dark Brotherhood.

Congratulations to Pontifex Death on his appointment to this prestigious position.
